Velassaru Maldives has added newly crafted dishes to its Sand Restaurant menu. The new dishes include:

- Tuna Tarter
- Duck Foie Gras
- Soft Shell Crab
- Tasmanian Salmon
The Sand Restaurant offers private dining pavilions against a perfect Maldivian sunset and indulge in beautifully prepared Pan-Indian Ocean specialties or choose from the chef’s signature menu.
Velassaru Maldives offers luxurious beachfront and over-water resort with uninterrupted ocean views. It features a wide range of water and adventure sports, as well as sunset cruises and yoga classes.
