The Marine CROSSROAD is now offically opend for visitors. The opening of this project will be made up of three independent islands on the  Emboodhoo Lagoon in the South Malé Atoll. CROSSROADS will offer two properties, SAii Lagoon Maldives and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.


There are many aspects to CROSSROADS Maldives that are equally exciting. The Maldives’ first Hard Rock Cafe, the country’s biggest club at Café del Mar, the Maldives Discovery Centre and Marine Discovery Centre, the first marina, the first free-standing spa complex with own brand. 

CROSSROADS Maldives is aptly named and specifically master-planned as a global meeting place where travellers from around the world can experience authentic Maldivian culture from the past to the present. While many resorts focus solely on the country’s famous tropical scenery, CROSSROADS Maldives will also highlight its diverse cultural heritage.

The facilities that make up Phase One of CROSSROADS Maldives will encourage guests to delve deep into the diversity of the destination, whilst also embracing the country’s exquisite natural beauty.”

The total project value is at approximately USD 131 million; it will boast a total of 376 rooms, and provide at least 3000 job opportunities for local islanders during Phase 1 of the project. The location at Emboodhoo Lagoon is a 15-minute speedboat ride from Velena International Airport and Malé capital city

The Marina @ CROSSROADS will also feature a mix of top chain restaurants and luxury retail stores. These include: Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, an American roast coffee and exotic tea chain; Cafe'ier, a local chic and comfortable space for special fresh roasted coffee; Saint Trop by Crepes & Co., a unique and timeless south of France cafe nestled in the heart of The Marina @ CROSSROADS; Kenny Rogers Roasters, a mid-casual dining restaurant that serves roast chicken with Kenny's famous homemade recipe.

Retail stores will include Xerjoff Perfume, an Italian luxury perfumery, Divine Jewelry, and Souvenir shop. Puma, an athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories store, will also make an appearance, stocking limited edition, top of the line, and newest products.
