Young coconut 2 numbers

Fresh coconut milk 2 cup

Sugar 50 g

agar agar powder 25 g

pandan leaf

passion fruit 1 no


How to make it?

Step 1 -Break coconut shells with a hammer or the back of a heavy cleaver; collect coconut water in a saucepan. Pry flesh from the shell with a strong knife. Peel off any skin with a vegetable peeler. Slice flesh

Step 2-Add sugar and pandan leaf to the saucepan of coconut water. Heat over medium heat. Add agar-agar powder and stir until dissolved. Stir in sliced coconut flesh.

Step 3-Remove mixture from heat and scoop out pandan leaf. Pour into individual cups or ramekins. Cool to room temperature, 15 to 20 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Add on the top fresh passion fruits & Serve chilled.


Tuna noodles pizza


Noodles 200g

Tuna 200g

Eggs 5 numbers

Mozzarella cheese

Drumstick leaf (Muraga Faiy) 50g

Maldivian chili 4 numbers

Onion 30g

Garlic 10g

Curry leaf



Tuna noodles pizza


Step 1 -Cook noodles, with flavors sachets, in a large saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute or until almost cooked (noodles should be slightly softened). Drain. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add all the ingredients with eggs. Toss to combine.

Step 2-  Heat oil in a 22cm (base) cast-iron or ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Add noodle mixture. Using a spatula, press noodles over base of pan and compress. Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle noodles with half the pizza cheese.  Top with remaining tomato,Maldivian chili, semi dry tuna and Drumstick leaf (Muraga Faiy). Transfer pan to oven. Bake pizza for 15 minutes or until golden. Stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2-  Cut pizza into four wedges. Serve immediately with hot temperate .
