In just the first four months of 2024, they’ve welcomed over 16,000 tourists, generating a staggering USD 4 million in revenue. This translates to a remarkable 2.12% of the total tourist arrivals in the Maldives during this period.
Kaani Grand led the charge, bringing in USD 1.86 million, followed closely by Kaani Beach at USD 394,555. Kaani Village also saw significant success, earning USD 262,662.
With 4,383 reservations translating to 9,754 guests, Kaani Beach Hotel stands out as the most popular property within the Kaani Hotels portfolio.
Looking ahead, Kaani Hotels is poised for even greater growth. They’re currently developing a new 350-bed hotel in AA. Ukulhas, further solidifying their position as a major player in the Maldives’ tourism industry.
