At 11:00 AM, it is time for guests to channel their inner creativity and join our resident artist at the Coconut Club to master the art of painting on stones. Guests are sure to leave not only with beautiful artwork but also lasting memories.
Guests will get the chance to embark on a fascinating journey at 2:30 PM to discover the beauty of Maldivian reefs and swim alongside the graceful sea turtles that call these waters home. Meanwhile, the Resident Tennis Coach from Tipsarevic Luxury Tennis will host a thrilling Tennis Tournament at the sports field. Guests are welcome to compete against their fellow players to become a Vakkaru tennis star.
Vakkaru Maldives prioritizes relaxation above all and ends the day with Ashtanga Yoga at the Yoga Pavilion. Guests immerse themselves into the practice of yoga while cultivating wellness through movement and breath, nurturing mind, body, and soul.
29 March 2024 – Friday
Vakkaru Maldives takes guests on a dolphin sightseeing adventure by yacht at 10:30 AM. Guests will be taken to dolphin hotspots to see these exotic creatures in their natural habitat. Guests can also learn from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with Dr. Surandi for a healthier, more balanced life. At the Coconut club, family friendly activities ensue where guests craft eco-friendly masterpieces and bespoke souvenirs infused with Maldivian charm.
Another friendly competition is waiting for guests who want more of the friendly rivalry and thrilling competition from the day before. In a sport that combines tennis and squash, guests compete to stand a chance of winning the title of Vakkaru Padel Tennis Champion.
After 7:00 PM, guests will savor a special set menu dinner featuring succulent Maldivian lobster, and sway to reggae rhythms while enjoying rum-based cocktails at the overwater bar.
30 March 2024 – Saturday
At 8:00 AM, guests will experience the ultimate blend of relaxation and excitement at Vakkaru Maldives, against the stunning backdrop of the Baa Atoll. The Yoga Pavilion at Vakkaru offers tranquility with yoga sessions amidst the serene beauty of the island paradise. Soothing asanas will calm the mind and invigorate the body, leaving guests rejuvenated.
For those with a competitive spirit, the open table tennis competition at 11:00 AM offers the perfect opportunity to showcase each other’s skills and claim the title of the ping-pong champion of Family fun at Vakkaru reaches new heights at 3:00 PM with the family scavenger hunt, where guests can embark on an exciting quest to uncover hidden treasures scattered along the pristine shores.
As the day draws to a close, guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Baa Atoll as they watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean from the comfort of the Dhoni. After the cruise, guests step into the highlight of the evening; a magical Easter Fairyland Gala Dinner where sweet melodies fill the air and mouth-watering dishes fill your plate. Vakkaru Maldives offers various activities including herbal tea by Siddhalepa Ayurveda at the Merana Spa and a Sunday easter breakfast with delectable easter treats. The easter bunny also makes his appearance with colorful Easter eggs appearing around the Isoletta beach for guests to collect.
