By Visit Maldives has officially announced its participation in the Eurasia Tourism & Health Expo (ETHEXPO) 2025, further strengthening the Maldives’ global tourism outreach. The event is being held in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Maldives in the Republic of Türkiye, and will take place from 26 to 29 November 2025 in Istanbul.
As one of the world’s leading island destinations, the Maldives’ presence at ETHEXPO 2025 aims to showcase the nation’s unique tourism offerings and growing appeal in wellness and health travel. The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) will represent the destination at Stand No. 2B-105, engaging with tourism professionals, media partners, and potential travellers from across Eurasia.
Officials note that participation in international expos like ETHEXPO plays a crucial role in enhancing destination visibility and tapping into emerging markets. With Türkiye being a rapidly expanding outbound tourism market, the Maldives expects increased traveller interest and stronger bilateral tourism ties.
ETHEXPO 2025 serves as a major platform bringing together tourism boards, travel companies, hospitality brands, and health service providers, creating opportunities for partnerships and promotional activities.
