By Dubai-based Samana Developers has unveiled its first luxury branded residence project in the Maldives, with an investment of MVR 9.1 billion (approx. USD 600 million). The development, named Samana Ocean Views, is set to transform luxury living in the island nation with a unique blend of opulence, sustainability, and Maldivian natural beauty.
Spread over 507,651 square feet, the project will feature 190 exclusive units, including beachfront villas, over-water bungalows, and poolside apartments. Located just a 20-minute speedboat ride from Hanimaadhoo International Airport or a 45-minute seaplane journey from Malé, the development is scheduled for completion in 2029.
