Ajay Jawahar Sharma brings to Sheraton Maldives an impressive 18-year track record in the hospitality sector, which includes a six-year stint with Marriott International.
Before joining Sheraton, Sharma was the Executive Assistant Manager at W Goa, where he started as the B&F Operation Manager and subsequently ascended to roles such as Assistant Director of B&F and Director of B&F. Sharma has held significant positions with esteemed hospitality groups like InterContinental Hotel Group, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and Kempinski Hotels, highlighting his leadership prowess and commitment to operational excellence in prestigious properties.
In his new capacity, Sharma will manage all operational facets of the resort, ensuring that Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa maintains its reputation for high service standards and extraordinary guest experiences.
